I've spent more than two decades building and leading engineering organizations at some of the world's largest cloud and infrastructure companies, growing teams from scratch to over a hundred engineers and running platforms where downtime simply wasn't an option. Across senior leadership roles at AWS, Oracle Cloud, and MongoDB, I've led distributed teams through rapid scale, complex technical turnarounds, and high-stakes executive partnerships. As an AWS Principal Bar Raiser, I interviewed hundreds of candidates and shaped hiring standards to build elite, high-performing technical cultures across EMEA.

I'm known for bringing clarity, accountability, and calm to chaotic, high-pressure environments. At Oracle, I built a brand-new multicloud engineering site from zero to 50+ people in six months while shipping a flagship integration with AWS. My team at AWS scaled Lambda's execution environment across EMEA from 8 to more than 130 people, moved the platform from single to multi-tenant, and re-architected its core execution engine to run millions of workloads with sub-millisecond latency, growing the business from a loss into a $500M valuation. Earlier in my career, I helped scale BSkyB's public WiFi platform 100x before the business was acquired for $50M. My career has taught me that the hardest part of scaling engineering isn't the technology, it's helping leaders step back from the code, trust their systems, and learn how to lead through others.

As a coach, I partner with leaders who are ready to make the leap to broader executive scope. I specialize in helping leaders transition from managing individual contributors to managing managers, communicate technical complexity to executive stakeholders with authority, and build rigorous hiring and operational mechanisms that scale.
