For more than 25 years, I have served as a C-suite executive, working directly with CEOs, founders, boards and executive teams to build, scale and transform organizations. As a former 3X Chief People Officer and senior executive, I have helped lead organizations through high-stakes decisions involving growth, organizational complexity, leadership effectiveness and business transformation. My experience spans technology and SaaS, automotive technology, data and analytics, and real estate across public, private equity-backed and growth-stage companies. I hold an MBA from Ivey Business School and am a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner.
Throughout my executive career, I have operated at the intersection of business strategy, leadership and organizational performance. My experience includes helping scale a company from approximately 300 to more than 600 employees, developing the workforce strategy for an operation that grew from zero to 700 employees in 12 months, and supporting organizations with more than 4,100 employees across North America and India. Having worked directly with CEOs and boards on acquisitions, organizational transformation, executive leadership and difficult people and business decisions, I understand the realities of executive accountability and the complexity of leading through uncertainty.
My coaching focuses on leaders, including CEOs, founders and C-suite executives, who are navigating growth, transition, greater responsibility or consequential decisions. My approach is grounded in high challenge and high support, combining thoughtful questions, candid and respectful challenge, and practical perspective drawn from executive experience. I give leaders space to examine their assumptions, consider different perspectives and reach their own conclusions. When experience can add value, it is offered as perspective rather than as the answer.
Effective executive coaching should strengthen a leader’s judgement, decision-making and ability to handle complexity independently. Our conversations aim to create greater clarity about the issues leaders face, deepen their understanding of their own role in those situations and build confidence in the decisions they must make. My goal is for the value of our work to extend well beyond each conversation, particularly when the next difficult decision arrives and I am not in the room.
Outside work, I am a dog dad to Kehar, my 5-year-old Bernedoodle, an avid traveller and a runner. Aviation and cars are longstanding interests, with a particular fondness for BMWs, Aston Martins and the Boeing 747, the 'Queen of the Skies.'
