Hi, I’m Tré Wright, an executive coach dedicated to helping leaders and professionals navigate their careers clearly and confidently. I work with executives, mid-career professionals, and new managers looking to make meaningful changes—whether stepping into leadership, pivoting to a new role, or building high-performing teams. My coaching style is direct, empathetic, and action-oriented, guiding you to align your career path with your values.
I began my career as a music store clerk (remember those?) and a DJ on the side—roles that taught me adaptability, creativity, and the value of following passion-driven work. I brought these skills to Netflix, joining when it was still a DVD company, and grew with the business as it transformed into a global streaming leader. I led the strategic growth of a 30-member, single-function content operations team into a 150-person, multi-functional organization responsible for launching the Netflix catalog and originals across 190 countries and 30 languages. I also founded the Inclusion team, embedding diversity into Netflix’s culture and setting new standards in DEI. Beyond operations, I led HR strategy and coached leaders, helping them navigate transitions and build high-performing teams.
Outside of coaching, I love being a musical theater parent, supporting my daughter’s passion for the stage, and enjoying every performance. We also love binging old shows together as a family, diving deep into my music library, and DJ’ing dance parties in the kitchen. I enjoy couch time with my cool cat, Kiki, riding my bike, and taking walks up to my local coffee shop. Whether cheering on my daughter or enjoying a quiet moment, I’m all about finding joy in the everyday moments.
