As VP of Sales at CoStar, I scaled a new product vertical from a startup team of 30 to over 800 people in under two years, building the go-to-market strategy and all foundational processes from scratch. At Redfin, I was part of the core leadership team through the IPO, leading an organization of 200+. I also co-founded BrokerInTrust, taking the business from concept to scale to a successful exit.

When I'm not coaching, I'm outside hiking, camping, or tending to my vegetable garden. In the summer and fall, there's nothing I love more than cooking a farm-to-table dinner from whatever I've grown that season. I share my home with an Australian Shepherd who keeps me honest about getting outside every single day.
