I am a post-sales leader with more than 30 years of experience in technology and management consulting, leading teams and businesses through growth, transformation, and change. My career spans startups to global technology companies, including a private equity buyout and an IPO, along with over a decade of consulting across a number of industries including healthcare, retail, and energy.

Across VP leadership roles in Customer Success and Professional Services, I have led teams at Ping Identity, Matillion, and Bigeye. At Ping Identity, I grew the global Professional Services organization from less than 10 to around 100 people across three continents, lifting services revenue while keeping employee engagement high. More recently, I built and scaled these functions at Matillion and at Bigeye, including using AI to help expand team capacity. Previously, I led regional management consulting practices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Arizona. Having stepped into bigger roles, inherited teams, and scaled global organizations, I know firsthand that great leadership pairs clarity and accountability with empathy, because results matter and so does how you achieve them.

As a coach, I work with new and experienced leaders who are stepping into bigger roles, scaling a team, navigating change, or looking to become more effective. I provide an objective sounding board, ask questions that challenge assumptions, and draw on my own leadership experience when it's helpful. I also understand that leaders don't leave life's challenges at the door, and that periods of significant loss or change can profoundly affect how we show up. I'm especially drawn to leaders who want strong results and resilient, sustainable team cultures.

Outside of work, I love traveling, cooking, fly fishing, and exploring the great outdoors in Colorado, usually with at least one dog by my side. Originally from the UK, I have spent half my life in the US and led teams across North America, Europe, and Australia, so I appreciate how culture and communication styles shape leadership.
