I hold an ICF Level 2 coaching certification and have spent my career representing Engineering at the strategic table. As Head of Engineering at Mention Me, I scaled the engineering team more than 70% in under nine months and represented Engineering on the Senior Leadership team shaping the company strategy. At Medidata, I turned around a disengaged team, rebuilding trust and team health from the ground up while collaborating closely with teams across India and the US. At Clarivate, I built healthy, high-performing cultures across a globally distributed team. I know firsthand what it takes to lead through ambiguity and high-risk environments.
