Across these roles, I have led organizations of 150+ engineers, delivered multi-million-dollar revenue growth, and driven step-change improvements in customer experience and reliability. At AWS, I accelerated digital transformation programs for enterprise clients and built data-driven systems that improved operational KPIs by 30–40%. At Microsoft and Oracle, I led the launch and scaling of cloud services used by millions, and at JP Morgan Chase, I strengthened engineering rigor and culture within a mission-critical financial tech organization.
