I am a product innovation and entertainment leader with 15+ years of experience leading creatives and technologists all over the world. I began my career as a filmmaker and transitioned to a successful career in product innovation, learning to bridge the language of creators with the language of technology.
I am currently Chief Technology Officer of a startup pioneering hybrid filmmaking, combining GenAI with traditional on-set craft to expand the limits of what artists can dream. Prior to this, I led Product Innovation Research at the Netflix Studio, helping design the operating system that powers the world's largest movie studio and exploring how AI can expand, not replace, human imagination. I thrive in R&D and enjoy getting both technically deep and strategically sharp with new products and services. I love experimenting with new ways for design, storytelling, and technology to connect (Imagineering nerd over here!). This includes designing next-gen AI products that feel like a rocketship to the future and helping navigate the tension between tradition and transformation in established industries.
I've partnered with creatives and technologists across media, entertainment, tech, education, healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise productivity worldwide to reimagine processes, scale high-performing teams, and navigate disruption. I've taught and spoken on global stages, from TEDx to Princeton, MIT Sloan, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, and Yale SOM, and led courses at UCLA on product development, creativity, and innovation. I also founded and led a global non-profit that taught design thinking to at-risk youth in Baltimore and Mumbai, giving me firsthand insight into how creativity fuels change in every scale and context.
As a coach, I work with creatives, technologists, and leaders at moments of inflection and growth—whether that means stepping into management, building teams, deepening creative and personal confidence, or expanding leadership capacity and influence. My style blends sharp insight with energizing support. Clients say I help them align head and heart, leaving sessions not just with clarity but with conviction and the tools to grow more original, confident, and courageous through change and personal growth.
I have a BFA in Film and Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, with a specialization in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology from the Stern School of Business. While younger me once resisted the “math” as a distraction from the immersive art education I was so excited about, that early mix of creativity and commerce turned out to be more prophetic than I realized and shaped everything that came after.
When I'm not coaching on Mento, you'll find me on long runs, playing with AI tools and upskilling creatives globally on technology shifts, engaged in vigorous debates about where to find the best pizza, and chasing adventures with my incredible little kids.
