I spent over 35 years leading global teams in tech, SaaS, and law — at companies like Oracle, Symantec, and high-growth startups. I’ve built and restructured teams, led complex transitions, and helped organizations scale through both challenge and change. I’ve also been a single mom balancing it all — so I understand what it means to navigate pressure with purpose.
Along the way, I became an expert generalist: someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and leads with agility across roles, industries, and seasons of life. That adaptability still fuels my coaching today.
I work with high-performing professionals at a crossroads — people who feel stuck, stretched too thin, or ready for something more aligned. My coaching style is warm and intuitive, but also direct. I create space for clients to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity — on their own terms.
Many of my clients are navigating leadership transitions, burnout, or personal life shifts that shape how they show up at work. I help them reconnect to their values, lead with intention, and build resilience through change.
While I still consult as a fractional COO for mission-driven organizations, my deepest fulfillment comes from mentoring others — and modeling what a well-lived, integrated life can look like.
Whether I’m coaching, traveling, dancing, or being a proud Nonna — I lead with presence and joy, and help others do the same.
