I'm a technology executive with more than 35 years of experience leading global teams and AI-driven technology initiatives at some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Intel, HP, and IBM. I hold a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of large-scale technical execution and people leadership.
As Senior Director of Engineering at Intel, I built and led organizations of over 200 engineers. I guided the development of software products that shipped with more than 100 million devices worldwide, generating billions in revenue. Through software innovation, I contributed over $200 million in additional business revenue and managed budgets of more than $40 million. I also played a key role in establishing Intel’s India site, helping it grow from 200 to 3,500 employees in under two years.
I work with leaders and professionals at every stage of their careers, whether stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating organizational change, or exploring what comes next. Over the years, what has stayed with me most isn’t the technology but the people. That passion is at the heart of everything I do as a coach. I focus on building trust first and coaching through inquiry, helping clients uncover root causes and create their own solutions. My coaching style is calm, thoughtful, and practical, and I adapt my approach to make each experience as effective and personal as possible.
Clients leave our work together with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction.
Outside of coaching, I love hiking, exploring new places, and volunteering in my local community. I’m a passionate cricket fan and a lifelong lover of cartoons, and I bring that same curiosity, energy, and sense of humor to every coaching relationship.
