My career spans senior roles at Microsoft, where I served as EMEA CTO and Consulting Practice Lead for Complex Projects, and at Jordisk Consulting, which I co-founded to help clients navigate complex sustainability, technical, and business challenges. I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams and managed organisations of 120+ consultants and engineering professionals, shaped industry-specific solutions, and delivered high-value engagements across automotive, manufacturing, and retail sectors—often ranging from $10M to $100M+ in scope. I drove cloud revenue growth by over 25% through strategic solution delivery—securing transformative customer wins and aligning executives around cloud ROI and sustained business value.

Across my career, I’ve overseen delivery programs and portfolios exceeding $300M, supported 100+ enterprise clients, and helped scale delivery frameworks adopted by thousands of consultants. In recent years, I’ve developed my focus on ESG strategy—supporting public and private companies with disclosure readiness, sustainability reporting, and operational transformation.
