
I am a marketing, product, and operations executive with nearly two decades of experience across insurance, financial services, and home security at New York Life, Capital One, and FrontPoint Security. With a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from The Wharton School, and as a founder who built and sold two businesses, I know what it takes to deliver results in complex, demanding environments.
As COO of Field Productivity at New York Life, I oversaw digital product management for a team of 40+, building the entire agent digital ecosystem used by 12,000 insurance agents. At FrontPoint Security, I led a 25-person marketing and analytics organization as VP during a period when the company doubled in size, and took on the recruiting function during a stretch when we hired over 300 people per year. In both of my last two corporate roles, I was the first hire into my function and built the teams from scratch.

My style is calm and grounded, but I'm not here to make you comfortable. I'll ask you hard questions, challenge you, and tell you what you need to hear. When I'm not coaching or working, I'm meditating, reading, working out, baking, or hosting dinner parties. I take depth seriously in conversations, in relationships, and in life and I bring that connection into every coaching relationship.
