I am an engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling Product Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Quality, and Generative AI teams at fast-growing enterprise software companies, including Abridge, Handshake, and Palantir. My experience spans healthtech, AI, edtech, government, and enterprise SaaS, at companies ranging from Series B startups to Fortune 500 enterprises such as Microsoft.

I excel at building and scaling organizations. As an early leader at Handshake, I grew engineering eightfold as the company scaled from 80 to 500 employees. That growth included integrating a Berlin-based acquisition and building our first product office outside headquarters. During my time as FDE Lead at Palantir, my team partnered with government customers across the US and Europe to build technical solutions that closed numerous multimillion dollar contracts. At Abridge, I uplevelled the execution and quality of work for multiple product teams. Across every role, I've paired high execution with a positive culture, building teams with high trust, strong ownership, and a healthy dose of levity.

As a coach, I work with engineers who are ready to unlock their full potential and grow into their next level of impact. In addition, I work with engineering leaders become more effective people managers, strategists, and executors. My style is high support and high energy, and I'm always willing to challenge assumptions along the way.

Outside of my career, I love to travel, learn languages, cook, and bake sourdough. I'm also a bit of a game/puzzle addict--I am all for anything that involves complex strategy or a bit of problem solving. I used to dabble in rock climbing, ceramics, and improv, and I hope one day to find some time to revisit these hobbies. Lastly, I love spending time with my amazing partner of 11 years and our fur baby, Sophie, a Bernedoodle with alopecia.
