I'm an executive coach and former banking executive with nearly 20 years of experience driving people, projects, and transformation across some of the country's leading financial institutions. I hold an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and I am an ICF-credentialed coach and Certified Facilitator of DiSC.
Over the course of my banking career, I held SVP and Director level roles at KeyBank, PNC, and WesBanco. At KeyBank, I led the Enterprise Program Management Office where I drove a 40% increase in organizational effectiveness, advised the C-suite on the allocation of a $175M technology budget, and delivered $1.5M in cost savings through a full cross-functional team transformation. At PNC, earlier in my career, I led the retail branch acquisition and integration following the financial crisis. At WesBanco, I directed IT Service and Delivery, revamping technology delivery to place employee and user experience at the center of IT strategy.
As a coach, I work with leaders and professionals navigating growth, change, and the demands of a full and complex life. I'm a good listener who asks thoughtful questions to spark genuine reflection, and I bring a whole-person perspective to every engagement, recognizing that who we are at home and who we are at work are deeply connected. My real-world experience leading teams through large-scale transformation means I understand the pressures my clients face, not just in theory but from lived experience.
Clients leave our work together with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of how to lead and perform at their best.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, I love cooking, baking, and reading, and I stay active with spin cycling and TRX. When I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me cheering on my three sons at one of their many sporting events and activities.
