Over a 30-year global career in financial technology, I’ve led at the scale and scope my clients face today. At MSCI, I spent 15 years in senior product and business management roles, including five years in Singapore leading a core product line across Asia Pacific. As Global Head of Product Management, R&D at Calypso Technology (acquired by NASDAQ), I held full P&L ownership for a multinational product organization spanning seven countries and four continents.

I bring that operator’s lens to coaching—anchoring each engagement in business outcomes while helping clients unlock strategic insight, lead with intentionality, and sustain momentum across complex systems.

I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Mathematics from SMU, and am a CFA charterholder and certified Executive Coach. I also serve on the board of a financial literacy nonprofit and volunteer as a tutor in the Bay Area.
