I am a product and technology leader with 20 years of experience spanning software engineering, product development, and AI strategy. At Microsoft and Google, I have led global teams, advised CTO and C-suite leaders, and built products across Productivity, Operating Systems, Search, News, and AI powered tools. Having begun my career as a software engineer and with my Masters in Computer Science, I understand how to show up with credibility in a technical review as well as an executive room, bringing perspective from both sides of the table.

I have built and launched products at massive scale, including Google Nearby Share and Context IQ, a foundation for Microsoft Copilot, reaching more than one billion users. At Microsoft, I led Copilot Discover from product validation through go to market and launch, helping generate more than $100 million in revenue and scale the initiative across a 500 person organization. I have aligned teams around companywide initiatives and presented product vision and results directly to the Microsoft CEO and senior leadership team. I bring firsthand perspective on turning ambitious ideas into credible strategies, building influence without formal authority, and defending bold bets in the rooms where decisions are made.

As a coach, I partner with leaders and innovators navigating ambiguity. My approach helps clients identify meaningful opportunities, build the support to move them forward, and launch bold ideas. I combine reflective support with the perspective of someone who has faced these challenges firsthand.

Outside of coaching, I am a lifelong yoga practitioner, gardener, and student of Sanskrit. I also love exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. I care deeply about living a holistic life alongside an ambitious career and bring that perspective into my coaching.
