I'm a sales and marketing leader with two decades of experience in digital advertising, most of it inside two of the largest tech companies in their markets. That experience spans emerging and mature markets alike, giving me a global, cross-cultural view of how sales organizations actually scale. I hold a Master's in Marketing and two coaching certifications, CPCC and ACC ICF, and I coach in both English and Russian.

As Head of Sales at Google's EMEA headquarters in Ireland, I led a team of 30 serving the biggest advertisers across Emerging Markets in FMCG, e-commerce, gaming, dating, and travel, growing my team from 14 to 30 people during a period when its sales revenue responsibility went from $100M to $1.3B a year. I also optimized hiring and onboarding time for the region by half, because I believe how people start shapes how they perform. Before that, I built C-level partnerships with Russia's top advertising agencies at Google, lifting average C-level satisfaction among key agency partners from 3.9 to 4.7 out of 5, and ran tech sales at Yandex while the company scaled from 300 to 7,000 people, growing adoption of our main marketing product among customers from under half to over 90%. Managing teams across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, gave me a real-world understanding of how much international culture shapes whether a strategy actually succeeds.

I moved from Russia to Ireland in 2015 with my family and rebuilt language, friendships, and hobbies from zero, so career reinvention is not theory to me.
