I am an international Sales and Go-To-Market leader with nearly three decades of experience scaling businesses across markets and cultures. I have held senior leadership roles at Forrester Research, LinkedIn Sales Solutions, and Onclusive, building and leading global teams of up to 120 people across marketing, sales development, sales, solution consulting, account management, and customer success.

As SVP of Sales at Forrester Research, I led the Emerging Markets business across 19 markets and grew revenue fourfold in four years. As Sales Director at LinkedIn Sales Solutions, I grew European SMB and mid market revenue sixfold over six years while only doubling the size of the team. As Chief Sales Officer at Onclusive, a private equity backed business, I integrated five acquired companies into one unified GTM organization. Having lived and worked across multiple continents, I bring firsthand perspective on navigating complexity across borders and adapting global strategies to different market realities.

As a coach, I work with leaders and individual contributors navigating growth, change, and complex challenges. This may include expanding a business into new markets, building a team, stepping into greater responsibility, or deciding what comes next in their career. I provide a confidential space where clients can voice the doubts they may not feel comfortable sharing elsewhere, examine a challenge from new angles, and find a path forward that feels authentically their own.

Clients describe my style as collaborative, supportive, and gently challenging. I listen closely, help them draw out the answers within themselves, and encourage them to explore more deeply. They leave our sessions with greater confidence in their judgment, a clearer plan for the challenge ahead, and the ability to build on that growth over time.

When I’m not coaching, I am travelling to further expand my cultural understanding, cold-water swimming or cooking for my family and friends. I am constantly motivated to learn more and expand my horizons and I bring that same energy to my coaching practice.
