I'm a three-time founder, CEO, and hands-on operator with a career building, scaling, and transforming tech companies. Grounded in a Master of Science in Network Engineering and Telecommunications, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an early career in investment banking, my experience spans tech, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, healthcare, and media and entertainment. From launching my own startups to investing in founders and leading private equity-backed companies, I love taking something with potential, figuring out what it could become, and doing the hard work of getting it there.

I co-founded LiveLOOK, a screen sharing SaaS company acquired by Oracle at a 10x return to investors. Stepping in as CRO at LiveAuctioneers, a former eBay division, I transformed the company from SaaS into a marketplace and doubled revenue in 15 months. I also co-founded SafeScript Pharmacies, a digital pharmacy that reached $1.2 million in revenue in 13 months. I have executed mergers and acquisitions, led Series A and B rounds, and raised capital as a founder myself, working with Boards and investors throughout. I've also worked with dozens of startup founders as Managing Director at Techstars and as Executive in Residence and mentor at Yale Ventures, CornellTech Startup Studio, Harvard i-Lab, and MIT Media Lab. Whether building from zero, scaling a company where growth has stalled, or leading a turnaround, building has been the through line of my career.

As a coach, I work with highly driven professionals on the cusp of building or learning something new, whether a company, a new product, or the next stage of their own leadership. I know what it feels like to make consequential calls with incomplete information and carry the responsibility. My style is direct, inquisitive, practical, and optimistic.

Building is part of my life outside work, too. I spend weekends in the Catskills with my two hunting dogs, hiking in the woods and building outdoor furniture.
