I’m an ICF-certified Executive Coach who works with high-performing, high-potential professionals — often mid to late in their careers — who feel successful on paper but stuck or misaligned in practice. I specialize in helping leaders find clarity, increase their impact, and navigate career inflection points. My coaching style is direct, strategic, and grounded in real-world leadership experience. I trained with the Co-Active Institute and hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Before coaching, I spent over 20 years as an operator and product leader in tech and education. I founded a UX-focused consultancy that was acquired by a global IT firm, served as SVP of Product at 2U (a public EdTech company), and most recently led product and design teams as Head of Product at Udacity. Across these roles, I’ve built and led cross-functional teams, launched AI-driven products, scaled enterprise partnerships, and shaped product strategy at key growth moments. I’m especially experienced at navigating complexity — whether that means aligning executive teams around a vision or leading through tough market shifts. I hold a BA from Vassar College and a JD from Cardozo Law School.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me jogging in Prospect Park, cooking dinner for my family, or meeting friends for coffee at one of the thousands of Brooklyn cafés near me.
