I’m passionate about mentoring new leaders to build confidence while challenging experienced ones to approach problems from fresh perspectives. Over the past decade, I have served in multiple leadership positions. Most recently holding the position of Head of Engineering, leading teams of over 150 engineers, directors, and VPs across four continents. My expertise spans B2B, B2C, and SaaS businesses across a variety of industries. Among all my accomplishments, what I cherish most is witnessing the joy and growth of my mentees. Building trust has not only fostered lifelong friendships but also inspired former colleagues to seek my guidance as a mentor and coach.

I entered the industry at a time when women were even more rare in the field than we are today. I have experienced plenty of challenges due to the makeup of the industry and I am driven to empower all people that feel marginalized or challenged by circumstances, by others or even by themselves. I hope to open up the world of real possibilities to each person I work alongside.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I delight in spending time with my extended family, exploring the outdoors, and cooking. Outside of family, my passion for dogs runs deep—I volunteer at my local animal shelter, ensuring every soul gets a chance to play and to experience love and acceptance. After a fulfilling day, I find comfort in knitting at home, surrounded by the comfort of my husband and our dear old dog.
