My career spans marketing, media, and organizational leadership at some of the world's most recognized brands, and I've sat on both the agency and client sides of the table, giving me a rare, full-picture perspective on how businesses grow, change, and win. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Creativity and Change Leadership, a certificate in Executive Coaching from NYU, and additional credentials from MIT, Stanford, and IDEO Design Thinking.

At Mindshare, I served as Chief Client Officer overseeing a $2.5B P&L and a team of 20 client leads, while also founding a training program supporting professionals from entry level through executive. As Managing Director leading the Unilever US business, I led a team of 100+ people across 30 brands that delivered effective campaigns beating competitive ROI while spending 3-5X less on marketing. At Goldman Sachs, I built a global organization from the ground up, delivering double-digit year-over-year growth. At L'Oréal, I drove the organization's shift to a digital-first brand, tripling our media ROI. At Colgate, I developed and drove new KPI methodologies to improve local markets' business performance. I also served as President of SeeHer, a nonprofit focused on accurate portrayals of women and girls in media, growing membership by 40% and engagement by 50% during the pandemic.

I live in Long Beach, NY, my happy place, where you'll find me at a local live music venue, on the pickleball court, or sharing a bold red with friends and family.
