I'm a Sales and GTM leader with 30 years of experience in global technology and SaaS organisations. I've built and led teams across EMEA at Symantec, Veritas, Salesforce, Pluralsight, Udemy and Okta, spanning SMB to Enterprise and start-ups to global organisations.

I’m known for leading teams through significant growth and transformation. At Veritas, I guided teams through the merger with Symantec and the later separation, keeping performance strong, exceeding expectations and retaining talent through uncertainty. At Pluralsight, I built the France and DACH acquisition, account management and renewals teams through post-IPO growth, delivering consistent year-on-year results while shifting to an outbound-led model. At Udemy, I led a 25-person EMEA sales organisation through pre- and post-IPO growth, generating over 50% of revenue through self-sourced opportunities while sustaining win rates above 30%. Across it all, I've delivered results by leading with trust, clarity and healthy boundaries to build performance that lasts.

As a coach, I work with professionals and leaders navigating change, greater responsibility, or pressure at work. I help people challenge their thinking, build self-belief, establish healthy boundaries and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of two and share my home in Dublin with my husband, children and three cats. Being a parent has taught me resilience, the value of boundaries, and that success can look different at every stage of life. I love nature, reading and psychology, and I'm always curious to learn something new. I also love a good laugh and believe life is too short to take yourself too seriously. I take what I do seriously... just not myself!
