My coaching is grounded in over two decades at IBM, where I built and led global engineering, product, and strategy organizations through scale, reinvention, and sustained delivery. I began my career as a software developer, earned degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Business, and grew into executive leadership roles spanning AI, infrastructure, cloud, and ecosystem strategy. I’ve served on IBM’s Ventures Investment Committee (focused on early-stage AI, data, and cybersecurity), CEO’s Acceleration Team, Board of Directors, and the Executive Review Board for Distinguished Engineer appointments.

Most recently, I was Global VP of ISV Ecosystem and Technology Partnerships, leading a $2B P&L across the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Japan, launching IBM’s first enterprise-grade SaaS AI portfolio for partners, and redesigning go to market strategy for scale. As VP of Systems Engineering Lab and later as the Global VP of Engineering for hybrid cloud and AI, I led 2,000+ engineers, product leaders launching IBM’s first IaaS footprint across 14 data centers and 7 countries while scaling teams, platforms, and operating models in parallel. As Director of Technical Strategy for a $9B infrastructure business, I helped pivot a complex organization back to growth.

My clients are founders, CXOs, and senior engineering and product leaders in post-product-market-fit companies who own critical business outcomes — revenue, delivery, and org performance — while scaling teams and platforms in parallel. They operate in high-visibility, matrixed environments with little margin for error. I serve as a strategic thought partner, helping them make critical decisions faster, align stakeholders, and operate with the presence and judgment expected at the senior table.
