After earning my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics, I entered the world of consulting with Accenture. Business Process Consulting enabled me to explore different industries and learn the fundamentals of digital product and software development. I then joined Adobe for 5 years as director of web and technology before starting my own events company which then led to me to LiveNation/Ticketmaster where I was the SVP of Consumer Products. After scaling the Ticketmaster business, I returned back to start-ups, where I took on the role of Chief Product Officer at Grindr overseeing several years of rapid product growth and scaling. Most recently, I was at MedMen where I wore the CTO, CIO, and CPO hats, leading diverse teams from engineering, product and design to data and security. During my tenure, I helped rapidly scale and ultimately take the company public.
For the past 25 years I have played every role in the product development lifecycle from product owner to C-level executive, from program manager to QA tester, from user researcher to UX/UI designer, from team member to team leader. Working for Accenture, Adobe, FOX Broadcasting, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Grindr, and MedMen, I have built and launched web and mobile app products in NYC, San Francisco, and LA serving the Retail, Social Media, Entertainment, Finance, Consumer Products, and Software industries. I understand individual contribution as well as the Boardroom, and have navigated the rest of the organization in-between.
The COVID pandemic not only changed the way I work, but also highlighted the importance of family, so I recently left the beaches of LA for the mountains of Colorado. Now in Denver, I'm a mile-high introvert that presents as a extrovert (I'm told), a mediocre sand volleyball player, a part-time real estate investor and landlord, and an in-person superfan at my nieces/nephews basketball, football, and volleyball matches.
