I am a certified Integral Coach with nearly 15 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, and talent leadership. Having worked for small, medium, and large companies across tech, retail, real estate, healthcare, education, and consulting, I bring a wide array of knowledge to the table.

I started my career at Target, where I discovered my passion for helping people learn and develop. I then went on to hold HRBP and L&D roles at JLL real estate and Alarm.com (a start-up that raised > $100M), and the Advisory Board Company. Most recently, I was the Director of People and Business Ops at an energy technology start-up where I was the first People hire and built out the entire function, overseeing all aspects from recruiting to talent management, people management training, benefits & comp and much more. While there, I helped grow the company to over 100 FTEs.

I am passionate about helping others to see the best in themselves and the gifts they have to offer. Outside of my corporate work, I have served as adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland, where I helped students discover their future career paths. I am also a graduate of New Ventures West’s Professional Coaching Certification program and have provided pro-bono coaching services to BIPOC not-for-profit professionals.

I’m a DC native and currently reside in New York City with my partner and our sweet Lab Corgi mix, Lola.
