I'm an experienced multi-time founder, tech executive, banker, board member and investor. I bring 20 years of experience in driving growth and innovation across the tech, startup and finance ecosystems. I started the first decade of my career in investment banking at Jeffries where I executed on mobile and internet M&A and private placements for $1.5 bn+ transaction value. I then transitioned into VC where I lead early stage investments for a Morgan Stanley-backed fund.

After getting my MBA from Stanford, I explored the tech and start-up ecosystem where I held various roles, spanning business development to product management at companies ranging from start-ups like Zazzle to growing tech companies like Microsoft and Ebay. I then transitioned to the founder/CEO role, starting and scaling three venture-backed start-ups, two of which were acquired by Newmark and Wayfair (both public companies). Most recently, I was the GM and Head of Product for Wayfair's personalization business, where I led a large cross-functional team responsible for building a 100% personalized shopping experiences through ML models and deep learning AI methodologies. We set forth and executed against an ambitious AI innovation agenda at scale driving $1-5Bn+ of transactions and $200M-$500M of annual top-line growth.

Today, I serve on several Boards of Directors and Boards of Advisors for companies such as DvX Ventures, Muir AI, and Climb Credt, Marianna. I also coach executives across banking, tech, and start-ups who are navigating the challenges and opportunities of leadership. You are navigating the often time lonely path of raising money, building a team, managing investor and board expectations and making tough strategic choices. In my 25 year career, I’ve personally deeply felt the highs of the highs and the lows of the lows while learning that life is a rollercoaster of continuous learning and self discovery.
