I’m a consultant, facilitator, and coach with 25+ years of experience leading global teams and driving strategic transformation. I specialize in leadership development, communications, change management, and building high-performing, purpose-driven cultures rooted in clarity and empathy.


I work with current and aspiring leaders who want to grow their leadership, communication, and impact — at work and beyond. My coaching is honest and grounded, shaped by years of experience leading complex change and large teams.

Most recently, I led a 350+ person global team at Salesforce, delivering strategy, design, and AI-enabled transformation for Fortune 500 clients. I’ve also held senior leadership roles at Razorfish, IBM, and Manifest, leading experience-led transformation for brands like Delta, Southwest, Google, and Apple.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, an 18-time marathoner, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves travel, cooking, and time with my family (and our golden doodle, Shark).
