Throughout my career, I've held financial and people leadership roles across industries from MasterCard to PWC, Unilver, and Zoestis. l spent the past 15 years at Mastercard where I moved from leading finance's for DataCash after being acquired by Mastercard to CFO roles overseeing New Payment Platforms as well as Core Products. I have had the opportunity to work in many positions across the New York, London, and various international offices. I covered most areas of finance such as planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, business partnerships, compliance, and controls. However, that was just the technical part of what I did. My favorite part has been the opportunity to lead teams, to mentor and coach colleagues and team members, and to help develop the next generation so they were prepared and able to step into senior roles and leadership positions.
As a coach, I am passionate about empowering and supporting executives working in finance roles and executives at financial institutions grow as I uniquely understand what it's like to operate in both environments. I help executives grow their people management skills, balance execution with strategic planning and visionary leadership, cultivate effective cross-functional and cross-business relationships, navigate periods of transition, and manage up to important stakeholders, ranging from the CEO and boards of directors, to external stakeholders and regulators.
I am a CPA by trade, hold a MBA fromthe London Business School, and recently received my Certified Financial Planner certification from Emory.
