As Head of Global Engineering at State Street, I led a team of 450+ engineers supporting mission-critical investment management platforms, contributing to a 35% revenue increase to $630M and 70% growth in assets, while managing a $90M engineering budget and expanding the team by 50%. At Cisco, I led organizations of 250 engineers, co-authored an Agile playbook adopted company-wide that delivered 6x productivity gains for some teams, and helped build platforms that reached the #1 market share in their category. I also successfully integrated five acquisitions and led the development of next-generation products across multiple technology transitions. At Cisco, I built a high-performing team that dramatically improved product quality and employee satisfaction while leading the transition from premise-based to cloud SaaS architecture.
