My executive career at Apollo Global Management, Citigroup, and American Express, spanning strategy, operations, finance, business development, and risk, gives me firsthand understanding of the complexity, pressure, and scale that today's leaders navigate every day.

At Apollo, I served as Global Head of Finance Operations during a period when the firm tripled its workforce and grew AUM from $200B to $700B. At Citi, I oversaw global FP&A as Global Head of Expenses & Headcount for a $20B cost base and a 56,000-person workforce. At Amex, I managed $1B in regulatory exposure, led initiatives that delivered $600M in margin improvements, and supported a $2B profit-protection program during the financial crisis.

I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), and I have completed professional studies at Brown, Harvard, MIT, and Cambridge, focusing on mindfulness, leadership development, digital innovation, and artificial intelligence.

Born in Brazil with Italian heritage, I recently relocated from New York City to Charlotte, where I live with my wife and our French Bulldogs, Kiko and Theo.
