As a seasoned legal and operations executive with 30 years of leadership experience spanning Big Tech and the federal government, I've navigated corporate politics, impossible deadlines, self-doubt and leadership challenges that ambitious leaders face — and I've learned how to not just survive, but thrive.

At Meta, I was VP & Associate General Counsel, where I created the company's Central Investigations organization from the ground up and scaled it to a worldwide team of 60+ handling investigations, regulatory inquiries, content policy, cybersecurity, compliance, and technical investigatory support.

At Apple, as Director & Senior Counsel, I doubled the size of the investigations team, unified U.S., European, and Asian operations into one global organization of 30+, and identified numerous IP theft sources that greatly protected the company's value. I've managed Global teams, and understand how to lead across cultures.

Before tech, I served an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of General Crimes, managing a team of 30 prosecutors and securing convictions in high-stakes cases. Earlier in my career, I defended the United States in complex civil litigation as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, and clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

As a coach, I understand the obstacles ambitious leaders encounter, and how they sometimes struggle to get out of their own way. You'll find me to be an active listener, honest, and direct. My goal is to help you lead with clarity and confidence while building a career that's both successful and deeply fulfilling.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my children and wife, taking care of our cats and dog, hiking, and traveling. A recent trip to the Galápagos Islands was a lifetime highlight.
