Hi, I’m Leah—a coach who’s passionate about helping high-achieving professionals uncover who they are and how they operate, so they can live and lead with clarity, confidence, and deeper connection to their purpose. I work best with mid- to senior-level leaders who are navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or seeking greater clarity and fulfillment. My coaching style is rooted in authentic connection, deep listening, and values-based guidance. I’m currently completing my coaching certification and bring a Co-Active coaching lens to every session.
With over 20 years of career experience—including 12+ years at Google as a sales leader, global trainer, and coach—and over 40 years of life experience as a human, I blend real-world business expertise with deep personal insight to help people create lasting change. At Google, I excelled as account executive and then transitioned into seller and leader development where I designed and delivered global training programs, and coached sellers globally. My approach was always grounded in growing the people who grow the business—and that remains my purpose today.

What sets me apart is that I bring authentic connection, compassion, and empathy because I’ve lived the complexity of thriving on the outside while struggling within. I know what it’s like to feel professionally successful but unfulfilled, to experience burnout and stay because it’s a “dream company.” I know what it feels like to be lost without purpose, to silently struggle, and to yearn for more—more meaning, more connection, more authenticity. It’s not a linear path, but I’m here to help you shift from surviving to thriving, creating space for you to feel seen, heard, challenged, and supported in that process.

Outside of coaching, I split my time between Chicago and New Orleans, and I’m always planning my next travel adventure. I’m a passionate photographer, and have a super power of finding hearts hidden in plain sight. I'm the founder of LoveMoreSeries, a movement which invites people to pause and connect with the love and beauty in everyday life.
