Forward Deploy Engineering Coach

Sales, Sales Engineering, and Operations Leader, Former Comcast, T-Mobile, Sprint

About

I am an engineering leader with three decades of experience building and leading sales engineering and implementation organizations across Comcast Business, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Working at the intersection of technology, sales, and operations, I have built high-performing teams, led through complex change, and turned technical challenges into meaningful business results.

As Director of Sales Engineering at Comcast Business, I led the organization to secure $32.8 million in new revenue through major client wins. As Manager of Consulting Engineering at T-Mobile, I built a cross-functional team to navigate the Sprint merger, migrating 1.4 million devices and exceeding the retention goal by 40%. Earlier, as Director of Implementation Engineering at Sprint, I built a function from six interns into an organization of 50, saving $14 million over a decade and launching the careers of more than 60 people. I know firsthand how to build teams, redesign how work gets done, and deliver results for both the business and its people.

As a coach, I bring that same lens to leaders navigating their own turning points - new to a role, new to authority, or navigating managing people, owning outcomes, and staying true to who they are. My approach is warm, perceptive, and practical. I create a candid, nonjudgmental space, notice what is happening beneath the words, and ask questions that help clients reach their own clarity. My psychology degree, certification through the Center for Executive Coaching, and decades of leadership experience ground that work in both human insight and real-world perspective.

Clients leave with clearer priorities, greater confidence in their decisions, and a practical path forward. I help them find their footing faster, lead people well, and build success that is both meaningful and sustainable.

Outside of work, I'm grounded by faith, family, and community. My wife and I live just outside of Ann Arbor, where I stay closely involved in local civic life. That same sense of rootedness shows up in how I coach: steady, direct, and genuinely invested in helping people grow into who they're meant to be.
