As VP of Strategy and Operations at ShopMy, a fast-growing unicorn, I led its go-to-market initiatives. At Coinbase, I wore several hats over four years, turning around the People Analytics function and later helping close a multi-billion-dollar stablecoin partnership worth roughly half the company's revenue. I also built Snapchat's AR brand and shopping partnership infrastructure, closing seven deals and successfully executing the first beta product for the Snap Partner Summit. Earlier, I drove transformation projects for Fortune 500 executives at BCG, with stints in the social and public sectors at Bridgespan, Teach For America, and BloomBoard along the way. Across fintech, consumer tech, consulting, and the nonprofit world, the throughline has been the same: I get called in to bring order to ambiguity and turn it into results.

As a coach, I work with emerging leaders, particularly at public companies and fast-growing organizations, and I have a particular soft spot for new parents and new managers finding their footing.
