
I've spent 20 years operating at the intersection of business performance and human potential across consulting, startups, and high-growth tech companies. I've led teams and organizations through scale, transformation, and pivots as a Sales and CX Leader at companies including LinkedIn, Scribe, Vidyard, and Deloitte.
At Vidyard, I led a 30+ person sales team (responsible for $35m+ in revenue) through the company's strategic transition to AI-generated content. At Scribe, I built the Account Management and Customer Success function from the ground up, starting nearly pre-revenue and helping the company reach its first $2M in sales-led revenue (almost $10m total). At LinkedIn, I led both a sales team and a Sales Strategy & Operations function, and earlier in my career I built my foundation in Management Strategy & Operations at Deloitte Consulting.
What sets me apart as a coach is that I've navigated multiple high-stakes pivots myself, from consulting to tech, from ops to sales leadership, and most recently from a successful corporate career to relocating my family to Costa Rica and intentionally stepping back to explore what comes next. That transition gave me a rich lived experience navigating uncertainty, identity shifts, and the question of what comes after success.

I live full-time in Costa Rica with my family, and when I'm not coaching you'll find me surfing, mountain biking, or exploring Central America. I bring that same energy, optimism, and sense of adventure to every coaching engagement.
