I am an Engineering Executive with more than three decades of experience leading technology, cybersecurity, and operations transformations. Throughout my career, I've modernized platforms, scaled global teams, integrated organizations, and solved complex problems in unfamiliar territory. I am also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
As SVP of Shared Technology Services at Epsilon, I unified a global technology organization of 350 and led major infrastructure and cloud transformations. At Publicis Groupe, I served as Deputy CISO, transforming global cybersecurity response and risk management through acquisition and integration. As VP of IT and Trust at Glassdoor, I unified IT, Security, and Trust & Safety around a common operating model, using AI to raise team capability, accelerate automation, and help people focus on higher-value work. I'm known for turning strategy into action through people, connecting perspectives across functions, and creating clarity in ambiguity.
As a coach, I partner with leaders who are ready for greater scope and are figuring out how to lead differently at the next level. I know that transition because I've lived it, moving from subject matter expert to leading global teams and learning to trust my judgment without having every answer. My approach is practical, curious, and direct, and I ask the questions that get to the heart of what is really going on.
Clients leave clearer about what matters, more trusting of their own judgment, and ready to lead with the presence, courage, and range their next chapter requires.
When I'm not coaching, I love spending time with my family and experimenting in the kitchen. I enjoy the creativity of trying something new, adjusting as I go, and sharing the result with my willing and very honest family tasting panel.
