Hi! I’m Julie. Four Myers-Briggs personality assessments over 30 years labels me as a solid ENFJ. I am an off-the-charts extrovert, I am sensitive to those who feel excluded, I tend to make values-based, people oriented decisions and I love a good to-do list. This explains why I gravitated toward a 20 year career in technology and digital media sales at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. I spent the majority of my career as a leader at Google, working with clients like IBM, SAP, Verizon, L’Oreal, LVMH, Reckitt Benckiser and Colgate-Palmolive. I have hired and managed hundreds of sellers and managed books of business over $100M. In 2017, I pivoted to a career in Learning & Development because I wanted to make a greater impact and had decades of sales experience to share. I created and scaled sales enablement and manager coaching programs to thousands of Googlers and later led the global team responsible for Google Sales School, Google’s sales onboarding program. I was consistently one of the highest rated managers at Google and witnessed, first hand, how culture eats strategy for breakfast. Helping working Moms who feel overwhelmed and under-inspired is my purpose. I want to help you find balance, clarity, freedom, inspiration, energy, passion and purpose. I know what it feels like to give your work the best of you while your family gets the rest of you. I firmly believe if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life. I am currently the co-founder of Antidote Professional Development, VP on the Board of Directors for She Runs It and a Mom of 2 teenagers. I have a robust obsession with the Royal Family, Junior Mints and a cappella music.
