"JMars" is an Executive Vice President, Client Solutions at Microsoft Advertising. CS manages technical solutions and client insights across search, retail, video, and programmatic platforms in support of Microsoft's $12BN advertising business. He specializes in helping executives scale their teams and businesses, build high performing cultures, make career transitions, and navigate acquisitions and mergers. JMars began his career in pharmaceuticals, but has also worked in financial services, media and technology. In his spare time, he coaches boys and girls youth sports teams. He's also been to more than 100 Dave Matthews Band concerts.
