As Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Programs at Apple, I spent eight years advising executives on their toughest people decisions across postings in China and Germany. At Amazon, I ran hiring through COVID-era hypergrowth, a peak year of 227,000 hires. As Head of Talent at SoundHound AI, I built the talent function from zero through a $2.1B public listing, growing the company from 200 to 600 people in eighteen months and cutting time-to-hire by two-thirds. Most recently, as VP of Global Leadership Acceleration and AI Strategy at Lila Sciences, I built the people function AI-native from day one while the company raised $2.9B. Across each of these, the throughline has been the same: I'm the person leaders bring their hardest people decisions to, and lately, their hardest AI decisions too.

Before any of it, I spent seven years as a professional ballet dancer, which is where I learned that talent is common and coachability isn't. I'm also a state Toastmasters champion for public speaking. These days I swim five miles a week and I'm raising two daughters, with a son on the way, all of them thoroughly unimpressed by everything above.
