Jon has more than 39 years of experience in sales and leadership roles across multiple industries and regions across the globe.

He is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Dasro Tech Talent, a staffing and cybersecurity consulting company with operations in Canada, USA and India. His role is the leadership of sales, marketing and strategic growth initiatives.

Jon has worked with organizations of different sizes and stages, including startups, scaleups and large established enterprises seeking change. He has over 25 years of coaching and mentoring experience, as well as senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, operations, and growth. Jon focuses on supporting others' development and provides expertise in coaching and business strategy. He is currently living in Toronto, Canada.
