I have spent over two decades working at the intersection of business, government, and global markets, building a career that spans senior roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Defense, the World Bank, Honeywell, Visa, Uber, and Netflix across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond. My academic foundation reflects the same global curiosity that has defined my career: a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an LL.M. in International Business Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan.

I launched Honeywell's Iraq operations as employee number one, building the business from the ground up in one of the world's most complex environments. At Uber, I led public policy across the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan, securing regulatory clearance for a $3 billion acquisition while serving on the Regional Leadership Team. At Visa, I served as Vice President of Government Relations across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working with policy makers to support financial inclusion and economic development. As Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Energy, where I led a team of 115 in global energy engagements. While serving at the U.S. Department of Defense, I received the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service for my work advancing foreign policy and reconstruction initiatives across the Middle East. Today, I advise startups and high-growth companies as they navigate complex policy environments and enter new international markets. As a Founding Member of PLAYBOOK, a global women's networking and learning platform, I support women in building the skills and network they need to advance their careers and lead with impact.

As a coach, I work with professionals through pivotal career moments: stepping into new leadership roles, building trust with governments and external stakeholders, and driving market entry in complex global markets. My approach is grounded in earning trust early and continuing to build it throughout our time together, so that I can meet each member exactly where they are.

Having lived in multiple countries and navigated some of the world's most complex and high-stakes environments, I know what it feels like to move forward when the path is far from clear. I bring that same steadiness into my coaching. Clients say they feel genuinely seen and safe enough to say the things they rarely say out loud and feel challenged in a way that opens doors. Whether somewhere new or a treasured favorite, travel is one of my greatest joys and how I make sense of the world. I have a deep appreciation for ceramics and a particular obsession with Portuguese tiles, which speaks to my passion for craft, culture, and the stories that connect us across borders.
