I’m a product and operations leader with a background spanning startups to high-growth companies across energy (Constellation/Exelon), education (2U), and consumer health (WebMD/Medscape, HealthCentral). I’ve worked across nearly every function — from product and strategy to business development, data, operations, and marketing — in both public and private organizations, including PE- and VC-backed companies. Before moving into the business world, I got my start in politics and government in Washington, D.C.

Over the years, I have been a trusted confidante and advisor to senior leaders in private and public organizations, helping them make large organizational and cultural changes. I understand the human element in complex problems and how to make hard choices amidst ambiguity.
