I’ve held senior leadership roles at Redfin and Flyhomes, where I partnered closely with executives, engineers, and cross-functional leaders to turn strategy into shipped products and measurable business impact.

As Head of Product & Design at Flyhomes, I led multi-disciplinary teams across product management, design, and user research, driving initiatives that significantly increased engagement and lead conversion through AI-powered search and data systems. Earlier at Redfin, I helped scale product and design organizations while improving team health, execution velocity, and customer experience in a complex, fast-moving environment.
