After all, coaching is all about you; it's your journey and as your coach, I can guide you to unlock potential, raise your self awareness and help you achieve your goals. If you don't know what your goals are, I can assist with that discovery process as well. Self exploration, emotional intelligence and discovering guiding principals is a super power!

How I got to Mento…I've been a certified coach for a few years while working full time and got to work with so many unique and fascinating clients. They all keep me sharp in so many different ways and bring so much reward. What a gift to have a front row seat as you strive and thrive towards your aspirations. This work became so compelling and fulfilling that I retired over the summer from my position as Vice President of Talent from L'Oreal to focus on my coaching practice (and to spend more time on the golf course!). I love that Mento blends a lot of coaching with a little mentoring to offer the best of both.

If you're looking for a little more about my story, I can tell you that I grew up as a technologist and spent years running $100 million dollar SAP implementations and large scale ERP roll outs for Johnson & Johnson, Bernstein, Prudential and others. I found my home when I got to L'Oreal and raced up the ranks to become CIO for our luxury division. That was all well and good, but I was authoring my career story and wanted some twists and turns. When presented the opportunity, I moved over to the human resource side of the house to build and run the Talent function. I've lead small think tanks, and huge teams with over a hundred under my direction and some sizes in between. I've touched every thing and every function in the corporate world and am a jack of all trades with a deep expertise in career paths, career development and career mobility. Helping talent find that job that's going to make them happy and feel valued and impactful, inside their company or out is one area where I shine super nova bright and I can't wait to meet you!
