I help executives at all levels tackle issues related to career pathing, burnout, and leadership development. I take what I've learned over a 25+ year career in a variety of organizations, cultures, and industries, and combine it with training in professional coaching to create a grounded approach that helps clients harmonize life aspirations with career ambitions. I specialize in coaching female executives, ranging from CEO to Directors of Finance, working in male dominated functions and industries.

I started my career in sales where I worked at large public companies ranging from Estee Lauder to Marsh. I then transionted from sales to operations roles, starting with an Executive Director and Chief of Staff role for the CMO of Mount Sinai Hospitals. I then moved back to Marsh, a global insurance company, where I held a variety of roles from SVP, Operations, to SVP, Chief of Staff, and then as Managing Director, Global Head of Strategy and Operations. I also worked as the Chief of Staff to the Head of Treasury, responsible for the running day-to-day operations, including compliance and policy management, capacity deployment, and leadership governance, board and C-Suite relations.

Across my various roles, I have led teams both large and small to drive the business forward across sales, operations, finance, and business strategy in close partnership with C-Suite leadership and external stakeholders, policymakers, and more. Armed with high EQ, I've served trusted advisor, coach, and confidant to many executives. I've been successful in building high performing teams, creating and optimizing scalable processes, maximizing employee performance, and managing through change.
