I am a global HR leader with more than 30 years of experience partnering with executive teams across technology, e-commerce, and industrial organizations. I am also a certified Hudson Institute coach. Having led HR strategy through growth, turnaround, acquisitions, and organizational maturity, I bring firsthand perspective on turning people strategy into business results at every stage of change.

As Vice President of People at onX, I partnered with the CEO to scale the company from 80 to 500 employees and transition from a Series B start-up to growth stage Series D. I oversaw all People functions across the Americas as Global Vice President of People at Datalogic. As Global Vice President of Human Resources at Danaher’s Fluke Networks, I helped rebuild the business during a major downturn and supported multiple acquisitions. At Amazon, as a Global HR Leader, I implemented a three year people strategy to scale the leadership team and increase free cash flow. Earlier, as a Global HR Leader at Microsoft, I supported senior technology executives to grow the Windows Division from 1,000 to 7,500 employees. These roles shaped my ability to align people, leadership, and business strategy through pivotal periods of change.

Today, I coach leaders at all stages of their career to unlock their potential and strengthen their strategic vision. My style is highly engaged and empathetic while also provocative, helping clients challenge their assumptions, explore new perspectives, and turn insight into meaningful action.

Outside of empowering others to be great leaders, my husband and I raise Saint Bernard dogs and enjoy all the outdoor adventures available in Montana. I also serve on two non-profit boards including, the Montana High Tech Business Alliance Foundation and Friends of the Rescue - Missoula. Coaching has long been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career and I bring that passion to every coaching engagement!
