I'm a former Google leader, startup executive, and U.S. State Department Professional Fellow with 18 years of experience building teams, functions, and operating systems across high-growth technology companies. I hold an MBA, have served as Chief of Staff at three technology companies, and have worked across every stage of the tech lifecycle, from pre-IPO scale-ups to public companies.

At UserTesting, I built the Business Operations function from the ground up while the company was in a hypergrowth phase pre-IPO, and partnered with the CEO on a successful $25M raise at a $100M valuation. At Google, I partnered with senior leaders on business operations and organizational effectiveness. I built and launched new service packages as part of the Growth and Monetization team at Click-up. My experience as an executive leader at multiple start-ups gives me an understanding of how to make clear decisions in the face of genuine uncertainty.

As a coach, I work with professionals navigating growth, leadership transitions, and high-stakes career decisions. Many of my clients are high performers who feel stuck between competing priorities, unclear trade-offs, or conflicting expectations. My style is warm but direct. Together, we create clarity around what is true, what it will cost, and what action is required.

Outside of work, I'm a mother of three and an avid learner. Having grown up in Vietnam, studied in Europe, and built my career in Silicon Valley, I bring a global perspective to everything I do. That journey shaped my belief that success is rarely about talent alone. More often, it comes from learning to navigate uncertainty, build relationships, and make deliberate choices when there is no perfect path forward.
