Standing at 5’2", I’ve always been a small but mighty force, living by the mantra “bend, don’t break.” That mindset helped me lead Facebook’s Entertainment Sales vertical from $200M to $1B—and I bring that same grounded intensity to every coaching conversation. I help leaders grow with purpose, lead with courage, and stay anchored in what matters most.
With 20+ years of experience in media, advertising, and tech, I’ve led global teams and go-to-market strategies across sales, customer experience, and operations. Whether advising Fortune 100 executives or coaching first-time managers, I focus on unlocking the full potential of both the head and the heart. I’ve built Time Warner Cable’s first digital sales team, led Meta’s customer experience ops through crisis, and secured a $300M partnership with Netflix—proving that clarity, care, and strategy can go a long way.
As a coach, I’m known for my inviting yet intentional presence. Clients often say I help them tap into courage they didn’t know they had. I create space for deep reflection while challenging people to speak up, step up, and move forward—especially in moments of growth or high stakes.
Outside of work, I’m in Austin, TX with my partner and four kids—usually outdoors or on a pickleball court. I serve on nonprofit boards and stay grounded in faith, family, and community. I hold certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching, Columbia Business School, Wharton, and more—and I bring that lifelong learning mindset into every room I enter.
