I've spent nearly 20 years at the intersection of law, finance, and technology. I've built and led legal and compliance functions, advised boards and senior leadership, and helped organizations navigate complex and high-stakes challenges.

While Co-General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Two Sigma, I co-managed a team of 55 across legal and compliance for a $60B quantitative investment manager. My work spanned regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, cybersecurity, IP protection, governance, and employment law. I know the demands and nuances of leading within high-growth and highly-regulated organizations.

As a coach, I work with professionals who are navigating complexity, stepping into greater leadership roles, and figuring out how to show up most authentically in their careers. I'm a classically trained guitarist who originally went to college for music before finding my way to the law, a path that taught me the value of reinvention.
